List your clinic on SHEA

SHEA begins with 10 clinics in each region so visitors can compare a manageable selection and every listing can receive proper attention. Here is what listing costs, what information SHEA requires and how clinics are selected.

From ₩100,000 Starting monthly listing fee. Fees vary by region but remain the same for every clinic within the same region.
0% Commission taken from bookings or treatments
10 Initial clinic limit within each region
60 Initial clinic capacity across the 6 Seoul regions

Small on purpose

SHEA may add places gradually if visitor demand becomes greater than the selected clinics can reasonably serve or if a wider range of treatments is needed. Expansion will respond to visitor needs rather than a desire to sell more listings.

For visitors

Depth instead of volume

Each clinic receives a detailed profile presented in the same format. A focused selection makes meaningful comparison easier than searching through hundreds of limited listings.

Visible within a limited selection

Each selected clinic receives a detailed profile within a deliberately limited regional group. No clinic can purchase a higher position, and additional places will be introduced only when visitor needs justify them.

Detailed listings take time and cooperation

01

Each listing is built as a complete clinic profile

Treatments, price ranges, doctors, languages, equipment, clinic policies, accessibility and directions are organized into one detailed profile. SHEA also films the clinic and the route from public transport. Because every listing is prepared by hand, completing it properly takes time.

02

Share complete and accurate information

Provide as much relevant and current information as possible, along with supporting material when requested. SHEA does not sell better placement or promote one listed clinic above another. The detail and usefulness of each clinic's own information help visitors understand what makes it different.

What goes into a SHEA clinic profile?

SHEA presents every clinic through the same detailed structure. Much of this information is difficult for international visitors to find together in one place.

Doctor credentials, experience and specialty Documents board certification and relevant experience separately for each doctor, where applicable.
Who performs each type of procedure Explains whether care is provided by a doctor or another trained member of staff.
Specific equipment listed by brand and model Shows which equipment is used and the treatments for which it is used.
Price ranges for every treatment listed on SHEA Shows visitors the expected minimum and maximum price before they contact the clinic.
Language ability and consultation availability Lists the languages spoken by each doctor and whether consultation is available directly or with an interpreter.
Experience treating different skin tones Each claimed skin tone must be supported by at least 5 before and after examples. SHEA reviews these privately and does not publish them.
Treatment and comfort information Includes the available treatments, consultation process, numbing options and other practical care details.
Hours, appointments and clinic policies Includes reservations, waiting periods, payment methods, deposits, cancellations and accessibility.
Permission for SHEA to film the clinic SHEA records the clinic walkthrough so visitors can see the space before arriving.
Location and route information SHEA records the route from public transport to the clinic entrance and publishes practical walking directions.

The mechanics, plainly

How listing fees, important changes and departures are handled.

Pricing

Starting price

Monthly listing fees start at ₩100,000. Fees vary by region, but every clinic within the same region pays the same current rate.

If the price changes

SHEA will provide notice before a new rate takes effect. After the effective date, new and existing clinics within that region will pay the same current rate.

No commission

SHEA takes no commission from bookings or treatments. The clinic keeps the treatment fees it receives directly from its patients.

Your listing

Initial setup

There is no separate setup fee for creating the original clinic profile. The applicable monthly listing fee begins when the listing becomes active.

Ending your listing

A clinic may end its listing at any time by asking its authorized SHEA contact to notify us. Any final payment obligations will follow the listing agreement.

If the clinic contact changes

SHEA must be introduced to the replacement contact and receive any necessary updates. The listing may be paused until SHEA completes that review.

Changes and relocation

Moving within the same region

Remaining in the same region does not guarantee that the listing will continue. SHEA will reassess the new location, including transport access, walking distance, accessibility, interior and overall suitability for international visitors.

If the move is approved

SHEA must update the address, directions, photographs and videos before the revised listing is complete. A relocation update fee may apply and will be confirmed before the work begins.

Moving to another region

The clinic must apply for the new region. If no place is available, it may join the applicant waiting list. Waiting does not guarantee future selection.

Other important changes

Changes involving the interior, ownership, management, doctors, treatments, equipment, language support or other important parts of the clinic must be reported. SHEA may update, pause or end the listing after reviewing the change.

Clinic listing revenue will be reinvested in building SHEA

During 2027, SHEA intends to reinvest the revenue received from clinic listing fees into launching, operating and promoting the directory rather than distributing it as owner profit. This may include Google and Instagram advertising, content production, selected partnerships, clinic visits, filming, website systems and the people needed to carry out that work. The purpose is to build a useful directory and introduce it to international visitors. This commitment does not guarantee a particular number of views, inquiries or patients for any clinic.

From application to an active listing

1

Apply directly

An authorized representative of the clinic contacts SHEA directly. Applications submitted on behalf of a clinic by an unrelated third party are not accepted.

2

Interview and review

SHEA interviews the clinic and reviews its treatments, staff, communication, facilities and willingness to provide the information required for a complete profile.

3

Selection and profile creation

SHEA compares applicants before selecting the initial clinics for each region. Selected clinics complete the agreement, provide the required information and allow SHEA to visit and film the location. Selection is not based on who applied first.

4

Activation and ongoing review

The monthly fee begins when the completed listing becomes active. Clinics must report important changes and cooperate with future updates. Every listing remains subject to SHEA's current standards and continued review.

How SHEA reviews whether a clinic should remain listed

The central standard

Treat international visitors with respect and care. Recognize the language and cultural differences they may be navigating, communicate honestly and explain expected costs before treatment.

Payment alone never guarantees that a listing will continue. SHEA considers the clinic's conduct, cooperation, accuracy and continuing value to international visitors.

Supports continued listing

  • Keeping all published information accurate and current
  • Reporting changes involving doctors, staff, ownership, treatments, equipment, language support, location or interior
  • Cooperating with profile updates, clinic visits and reasonable information requests
  • Maintaining the qualities that originally supported the clinic's selection
  • Treating international visitors fairly and communicating expected costs clearly
  • Paying the applicable monthly listing fee on schedule

May lead to review or removal

  • Providing false, misleading or materially incomplete information
  • Failing to report an important change that affects the listing
  • Allowing a treatment to be performed by someone who is not appropriately qualified or legally permitted to perform it
  • Discriminatory, abusive, unsafe or seriously misleading conduct toward a visitor
  • Charging an undisclosed amount that materially conflicts with information confirmed before treatment
  • Repeatedly refusing to cooperate with necessary listing updates
  • A listing becoming incomplete, outdated or no longer sufficiently useful to justify one of the region's limited places

These are examples rather than a complete list. SHEA considers the seriousness of the issue, available evidence, any pattern of similar concerns and the overall value of the listing. A serious matter may require immediate action. Continued payment does not prevent SHEA from pausing, changing or ending a listing.

A SHEA listing requires a clinic to share more than most clinics currently make public. The clinics that join will be those willing to let international visitors see the details before making a decision, because they believe clearer information builds stronger trust.
